What these terms are not

They do not govern the product at app.genrent.ai. Access to it is under a separate written agreement between Vertumi LLC and the business using it, and nothing on this site grants it.

They are also not the messaging terms shown to a business’s own residents and applicants. Those are published per business, at their own address, and are a different document.

Early access is a request, not an account

Submitting the form asks to be considered. It does not create an account, a licence or an obligation on either side, and we may decide not to take it further. There is no self-serve signup here: we set up each account ourselves, and we take a few at a time.

What this site says about the product

This site describes software we are building. What it says is true of the product at the date printed at the top of this page and is a statement of intent, not a warranty that a given capability exists today, will keep existing, or will suit your portfolio. If something here matters to your decision, ask us and we will answer it plainly.

Using the site

You may read it, link to it and quote it. You may not:

• submit somebody else’s details, or an address you are not entitled to use;
• use automated tools to flood the form, or work around the limit on how often it can be submitted;
• probe, scan or interfere with the site, or with the server the form posts to;
• copy the text, design, logo or images to present this business, or something that looks like it, as your own.

The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Vertumi LLC.

The site is provided as it is

We do not warrant that this website is free of error or always reachable, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice. To the extent the law allows, Vertumi LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may change these terms; the date at the top moves when we do. Continuing to use the site after that is acceptance of the change.
